#IHeartAcupuncture

Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (AOM) Day is this Thursday, October 24th. AOM day is designed to increase public awareness of all the benefits Chinese Medicine has to offer. This isn’t the first AOM Day but I’m trying to make it the most successful one ever so please join me in raising awareness by passing along this post.

As many of you know, Chinese Medicine is a holistic healing system that has been in use for thousands of years. Using acupuncture, herbal medicine, and other treatment modalities, Chinese Medicine works to restore balance to the body and mind. Acupuncture is used to effectively treat a wide range of health concerns. To name a few; infertility, migraines, sciatica, arthritis, the after effects of chemotherapy, digestive disorders and pain relief. Elite institutions like Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, the Mayo Clinic and Duke University Medical Center use acupuncture, as do many well known celebrities and athletes.

I know many of you who read my blog support and love Chinese Medicine as I do. I would love it, if in honor of AOM day you would pass this post along and/or help get the word out by tweeting the hashtag #IHeartAcupuncture. Thank you!
