Treatment for breast and ovarian cancer improves every year and that is a reason to be grateful. But the goal for disease is always prevention and we may be getting one step closer.  The Mayo clinic has received FDA permission to begin clinical trials on a vaccine that could prevent breast and ovarian cancer recurrences.
