The British tabloid, The Sun, has reported that the English actress Geraldine James is learning acupuncture in preparation for her role as Princess Diana’s acupuncturist. James is set to play the part in a movie starring Naomi Watts. The subject of the film is the final two years of Diana’s life. The actress was reported to have said, “I’m learning how to give acupuncture. I will very soon be filming a scene where I am sticking needles into Naomi Watts’s foot, which should be interesting.”

You may have seen Geraldine James in other movie roles. Recently, she has been in Sherlock Holmes and the Girl with The Dragon Tattoo. It will be fun to watch her and see if she is any good as being an acupuncturist.
